This is a good tea, but it is picky about its parameters. One really has to watch this tea while it is brewing. The flavor is good even on latter infusions though, and endurance for a green tea is a good thing! Definitely be carful with this one though to get the desired flavor profile and strength.

This is a quality green tea! The leaves are made with just two leaves, no bud, and so the bitterness is kept to a minimum. The tea can be as light or as heavy as one would want it depending on brewing style, and either way it is delicious.
