What should I say?
I LOVE THIS TEA!
It is smoky, balanced, it tastes good, it does have a long life as loose tea.
I do not brew it too long, I just pour water on top of leaves, keep leaves in water for 1 minute and done, even if MF recommends to brew for 5 minutes.
I confess I used to add sugar to my tea, but thanks to Lapsang Shouchon I do not do that no more.
