Commercial Description
This Fine Young Hyson consists of young rolled and twisted leaves that infuse to a full-bodied tea. If it is brewed with a sparing amount of leaves, it develops a lightly sweet and mild flavor without the smoky notes of the Gunpowder.
Brewing Instructions: (from SpecialTeas)
Use level tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat freshwater until steaming briskly (not boiling); let steep for 1 min.
