I received this tea as part of a tea trade(4 ounces of this) for free, and am really enjoying this. I'd say it tastes very similar to Harney and sons' jasmine pearls with a slightly less dominant jasmine taste. The aroma is amazing and is almost purely jasmine. The flavor is sweet and of jasmine but can turn bitter/soapy when higher water temperatures/ over 3 minutes steeping. The value is pretty terrible considering the tea is almost $200 a pound, while Adagio, Teavivre, and Harney and sons each have similar teas all of which are less than $70 a pound(Teavivre's is $40 a pound, while the other two are $68), but either way, I am really glad I have this tea.

I became a tea lover a few years ago.. my son introduced me to Teavana stores and my love of this tea. I had quite a stash of my vacuum packed yes and now have learned Teavana is gone--so sad where an I buy my teas now?
This tea is an experience --brewing, learning and just enjoying this and visiting the store ...what a loss...a kind gentle time and experience lost..I still have some tea left where do I buy it now

So expensive but fun and tasty. A novel-tea. (Pun intended). I am a big jasmine fan - but there are better ones out there. Still, I liked it. I like this one even better than Teavana's Jasmine Oolong (I love greens!). Boith are good choices for hot or iced enjoyment.

I thought this tea was great, I really enjoyed the jasmine smell and the flavor. I think it's definitely a great basic jasmine for me to have around the house (although it's a little pricier than what I would normally get). While I didn't find it out-of-this-world, I thought it was yummy just the same. :)

This struck me as a solid-quality Jasmine tea, but nothing extraordinary.
Unlike many of Teavana's offerings, it's on the strong side.
Flavor is smooth, but there is a bitter undertone. To me, this tea felt fairly strongly caffeinated. Aroma is perfumey, more than I like it to be. The base tea is very mild and I mostly smell jasmine, but the tea makes more of a presence flavor-wise than aromatically.
For all Teavana boasts about this tea working well for multiple infusions, I found it did not. Unless you make the first infusion very brief, most of the Jasmine scent departs after the first cup, and the remaining aromatic qualities for any subsequent cups are limited to faint tones of olive and a few mild vegetal characteristics.
This tea is expensive, but to be fair, I've always found this type of tea to be overpriced, and I don't think Teavana's is priced that much higher than other companies.
