Commercial Description
Pinhead gunpowder is tea leaves that are withered, steamed, neatly rolled and then dried and polished into small round pellets. The pellets resemble gunpowder, and have a smoky aroma with a woody and nutty flavor that "explodes" when the leaves unfurl in the cup.
Brewing Instructions: (from Two Leaves and a Bud)
Brew at 160°-180° for about a minute.
