This was yet another tea I had the opportunity to sample from a variety pack in a hotel. I have never seen this brand for sale in the U.S. It was good, considerably above-average for a simple black tea bag.
A bold and strong tea, not particularly distinctive or remarkable, but good. Aroma is malty with hints of spice.
Full bodied, moderately tannic, with a lightly peppery finish.
A classic British-style black tea. I preferred the Darjeeling though from this brand, it stood out a bit more, and as it was a little darker and stronger than this tea, I can't see myself choosing this one over that.
