Brewing Instructions: (from California Tea House)
Steep 1-2 teaspoons of Big Red Robe Oolong per each cup for about 3 to 4 minutes in mineral water at about 190oF and save the tea leaves for round 2 and 3!

note: this is the only da hong pao/red robe oolong i've tried.
aroma: rich, seriously malty, somewhat smokey.
flavor: similar to how it smells. rich, very malty, smokey, nutty. this is a tea with character. awesome.
this is another one of my favorite teas. somewhat pricey, although the fact that you can totally do multiple infusions mitigates that to a degree.
