I made this for my Mom today, since she was visiting. I know she likes mint, but normally I do not, so I figured she would be able to really appreciate this. I brewed it at 208 degrees for 5 minutes. I added about a tsp of rock sugar, but no milk.
My Mom really liked this! It smelled so great that I took a sip and you know what? Even *I* liked it! The chocolate and mint flavors are there, but neither is overpowering. It tastes more like a light mint chocolate chip ice cream than a peppermint patty (the worst candy EVER!).
I would absolutely drink this again. It would make a lovely dessert tea, and that's saying a lot coming from me. Normally the only mint I tolerate is spearmint, but I would make an exception here.
Thanks to Alex for the sharing this one!

A subdued blend that I found very pleasing.
The cup has a light aroma which strongly reminds me of the inside of the old Wilbur chocolate factory in Lititz PA, with the smell of chocolate and peppermint. The peppermint has a slightly creamy quality to it.
Upon sipping, the flavor is pleasant...there's a slight muted bitterness which I find very pleasing, and the warmth of the cocoa is balanced by a cooling finish imparted by the peppermint. The base tea blends seamlessly...drinking this feels a lot like drinking a cup of black tea but I can't notice where the aroma of the tea ends and the cocoa and mint begin.
I really liked this one, and I find that impressive as I tend not to like this sort of flavor combination when used together with tea. I love how this blend suggests sweetness without actually being sweet.
Top-notch. I am quite impressed with the teas I have tried so far from Tea Horse.
Price is reasonable for a blend of this quality, especially if you buy the larger quantity. I was also able to infuse this tea twice...a sign of high quality!

I'm impressed with this tea. It has a rich flavor. I can really taste the chocolate, and it has a strong black tea that I really like, and it really supports the flavor well. It's a nice blend of flavors. I added cream and sugar.
