Choice Organic's teas are available in some supermarkets and organic specialty stores, and are also available by mail-order through the company's website. Choice Organic sells tea in teabags, pyramid sachets, and also sells loose tea.
In addition to selling only organic teas, Choice Organic Teas has undertaken a number of initiatives to promote sustainability. The company recycles all paper, cardboard, plastic, and aluminum that it uses, and their production and packing facilities recycle machine oil and other materials. According to their website, currently 71% of their waste is recycled. The company has also undertaken efforts to minimize energy and water usage, and donates money to the PCC Farmland Trust.
