Foxtrot from Adagio Teas

This is one of our go-to evening teas. The peppermint flavor is nice, not too strong, not too mild, and refreshing on spring and summer evenings. The blend of rooibos and chamomile make for a a mild background flavor that is not too floral or too grassy.

This tea seems strong and tannic for a Darjeeling. It smells nice, but brews very strong very rapidly. I drink it with honey, though I rarely add sweetener to any tea because i usually prefer tea without sweeteners. I bought the loose leaf tea, and used about 2.5 TBSP for a 30 oz pot. I'm not a fan of the "grassy" flavored green teas, and this one has that fresh scent without reminding me of newly mown grass. The flavor is medium bodied, when I steep for 3-4 minutes, not overpowering or bitter, A nice green tea for a mostly black and oolong drinker

I like the mild peach flavor that doesn't overpower the oolong flavor of this tea. It is reasonably priced, and shipped in a foil lined pouch so that it remains fresh. The smell when you first open the bag is amazing, and the tea has a similar flavor
