Commercial Description

This is a famous green tea from the Yellow Mountains of Anhui Province. The large leaves are stretched onto fabric and dried. This makes for the unusual shape. The body is full of theanine (an amino acid) so it has more body than other green teas. The vegetal flavors are more intense than other green teas.
