No better than the regular stuff at getting me to sleep and the added Peach flavor is almost nonexistent.

Almost the same flavor and aroma as the regular stuff but you can't hide the nastiness of Valerian Root! Unfortunately, the added pungency of the (sweaty gym socks scented) Valerian Root does NOT help the regular stuff make me sleep. Better off sticking with the regular stuff.

Smells nice and minty and herbal. Barely any taste, though. Does a GREAT job of calming me down at the end of the day so I can get to sleep.

It seems to have that strange aftertaste that you get with licorice or anise (or some artificial sweeteners), and it's a bit "grassy". This is a solid breakfast, wake-up tea! Citrus and cinnamon notes of the aroma grab your attention right away. The flavor matches the aroma - top notch.
It's hard to objectively rate this tea because it invokes warm, loving, comfortable memories for me. I can only guess whether it will do the same for you.
