Teekanne is a German company, based in Duesselforf, which specializes in herbal teas. The company was founded in 1882. The name means "teapot" in German. Teekanne owns Redco foods, Inc, which owns the Salada tea and Red Rose tea brands.
Although Teekane markets its products as herbal teas, some of them contain actual tea, and/or yerba mate, and are caffeinated. Their caffeinated blends are clearly labelled as caffeinated.
