The aroma is mild with a slight woodiness. The liquor (5 minute steep) is a pleasant relish brown. Solid Yunnan flavor. No surprises from this 'first flush'. Tasty sipping tea. Mild enough to be overwhelmed by cream, milk, or sugar.

Good Yunnan aroma, nice earthiness/wood. The liquor (5min steep) is a wonderful honey. Taste is a solid Yunnan, with a slight sweetness (peach?) after taste. The leaves are black and tan. I would enjoy this tea anytime during the day.

The aroma reminds my of wheat toast with a slight sweetness (grapes?) in the background. The liquor is a pleasant clear brown (5 min steep). The flavor is very enjoyable, with an almost dueling after taste, peppery with a hint of sweet. I am going to enjoy this tea.

Note: this was a sample included with my order. Aroma is as expected earthy/muddy strong. The liquor (5 min steep) is a very dark brown, with some purple. I would say classic Pu-erh smell. Beautiful large leaves. The aroma is wood and spice, not pronounced. The liquor is a medium amber after a 5 minute steep. Taste is clean with a slight malt after taste. I'd say this is a good tea for sipping. For me, no sugar or milk needed.

Great Yunnan scent. Large leaves. Nice honey colored liquor. Taste is good, a bit mild. I'm sure this will be a great 'all day' tea. Might be a bit mild for milk or cream. Minor problem with I needed to purchase 10 packets to get the full amount I wanted.

Strong flavor and aroma. Delightful Yunnan. I bought these for dining out. When I go out for breakfast, I take some of these along. I enjoy this tea and find it much more flavorful than the national brand the restaurant offers.
