This tea is pretty middle of the road. It is pretty weak unless you really give it a long steep. Even then the green tea is pretty modest in flavor but the punchy ginger comes out with a spicy ginger bite finish that I really enjoy after a meal. Smelled like cinnamon, but didn't taste spicy at all - it was mostly tart, which I am not a big fan of. I like fruity teas, but I prefer being able to tell what kind of fruit I'm tasting, not just sort of muddy random fruit flavor. I didn't toss any of what I bought, but I wouldn't buy it again.

I agree with the other reviewers here who state that the flavor doesn't pack the potency the aroma implies. I could sniff the packaging of this tea all day long; the scent is almost intoxicating. I like this herbal, non-caffienated tea. If you brew it too long, it does taste more acidic, and if you get an older box I believe it tastes less sweet. However, I really enjoy this tea.

Not bad for bagged Earl Grey. I added half and half, which mixed well. The flavor was solid without being bitter. Others commented that it IS better, so maybe the half and half I added helped with that?

As others have noted, clove and pepper come through in this tea. Cinnamon and other flavors are subtle. I added sugar and milk and really liked it. In short, as a bagged tea this one is pretty solid.

Meh. It's not a badly done tea, but it's not a flavor I'm often into. The orange and herbaceousness both come through. Not bad if that's a taste mixture that appeals to you, but orange isn't my favorite fruit to drink hot. Still, the cup has grown on me a bit while I've been drinking it.

Among the Tazo varieties this one is just a mystery to me. So much as touch this to your water and you have a bitter steep. Maybe it's the fannings in there. I don't know, but this is a pretty astringent Earl Gray without a lot of complexity (dull and muted, in terms of flavor).

Wow does this have caffeine in it or what? Dark and Black - brews up quickly and easy to find everywhere that carries Starbbucks. I usually opt another Tazo blend to this - but if it was this or Lipton? I'd take Awake for sure. Very strong black tea.

People just love this one - but for some reason, I don't. Too floral and ascerbic and weirdly tart for me. But my 9 year old digs it iced - and Starbucks serves it in vast quantities.
I like Tazo's Green and the old-formula "Om" a bit better.

I'm not typically over-fond of chamomile, but there's something fruity and delicate about this tea that leaves it feeling balanced and easy on the tongue. Still trying to give chamomile a chance, but it's not really working out. This doesn't have a bad taste and seems like a quality product, and the additional flavors (most notably, mint) aren't bad choices, but as a whole they don't fall together for me. I won't be getting this one again.

Complex, robust, and pleasant. Love this tea. Without even placing it near my face, there was a strongly peppery aroma. There are an assortment of spices in here, several of which I'm sure I can't identify. But they all went very well together.

I was really hoping for better. I think the fact that it's a green tea blend rather than a specifically chosen variety of green tea may have been part of the problem.
