It seems that many before me have been bigger fans of this than I am. That said, this tea is fine for the teabag price point.

As others have noted, clove and pepper come through in this tea. Cinnamon and other flavors are subtle. I added sugar and milk and really liked it. In short, as a bagged tea this one is pretty solid.

After reading the reviews that said the flavor was a bit weak, I steeped mine until the water turned cold and added a bit of sugar and milk. I think the longer brewing time helped the weak flavor. Based on the deliciously spicy dry aroma I was very excited to try this tea. Unfortunately, the flavor was much more flat, weak, and less interesting. How unfortunate.

Overall a very good chai - way I would like chai (I'm Indian) to be. I find other chai brands to be over powered with cinnamon or chicory. Tazo has a better balance in the chai masala.
In Canada, Tazo is more expensive than US, but still worth it.
Let me know what others think is a better chai brand out there.

This tea was decent. I enjoyed its nice cinnamon flavor and smell. It wasn't too strong because I brewed it for a short time. I prefer my spicey teas to be subtle! I assume the longer suggested brew time would yield a stronger tea.

The aroma of this tea is delightful! The smell is sweet and spicy, very rich with lots of clove.
Sadly the aroma and the taste did not match, I found the tea underwhelming. Still a nice clove taste but really that is it. I am sadly disappointed.

I really liked the smell of this tea, the spices were strong, especially the cloves. Unfortunately, the taste didn't match. I thought the tea itself was flavorless in comparison to it's rich aroma.

I find that the Tazo Chai tends to have too much pepper flavor for me. Of all the chai's I have tried this has the strongest pepper taste and I just don' like it. I prefer cinnamon and cloves.

I like this tea a lot, even though I didn't follow the steeping instructions exactly for the perfect cup, which involve dancing with a loved one while the tea is steeping. But the tea still turned out very good. I like to drink it with sugar and cream.

This is a delightful chai, perfect for waking up too late for breakfast tea, but still too early for afternoon tea. It is not dominated by cinnamon, which is a nice change.
