Green Tea Lemon Ginger from Yogi Tea
Style: Wellness Tea / Medicinal Tea – Region: Blend83 / 100 Aroma: 9/10 Flavor: 4/5 Value: 3/5

One of my favorite "tea bag" teas. This tea smells great and tastes of lemon and ginger without tasting artificial. I find it hard to realize that this is a green tea, since it doesn't have the same delicate nature or taste as traditional green tea. It's an okay value - considering I drink mostly loose-leaf, it's hard ...

Style: Jasmine Pearls – Region: Fujian, China83 / 100 Aroma: 10/10 Flavor: 3/5 Value: 4/5

Now sold as "Jasmine Phoenix Pearls," this tea is light and floral. The pearls were nicely wound and were generally free of flaws. The aroma of the leaves is strong with the scent of jasmine. The liquor is light and is, again, strongly scented with jasmine. The taste is a light green tea with a strong jasmine taste - a...

Style: Chai / Spiced Tea – Region: Blend60 / 100 Aroma: 9/10 Flavor: 2/5 Value: 2/5

One of the worst chai teas that I've had. There was way too much cinnamon and was very poorly balanced. Also, the price is quite high for a chai tea of this quality. The aroma was pleasing, even after brewing. It smelled like it should taste better than it did. Overall, I don't recommend it.

Samurai Chai Mate from Teavana
Style: Flavored Yerba Maté – Region: Blend80 / 100 Aroma: 8/10 Flavor: 4/5 Value: 4/5

With minimal caffeine, this tea wakes me up without the unnecessary kick. You can taste the cinnamon, lemongrass, and orange notes, but the papaya and pineapple fall short (which is fine, since that might make the tea unappealing to me). I typically do not brew this one twice, but the price is decent.

Maharaja Chai Oolong Tea from Teavana
Style: Chai / Spiced Tea – Region: Blend80 / 100 Aroma: 8/10 Flavor: 4/5 Value: 3/5

I love this tea, especially blended with Teavana's Samurai Chai Mate. You can easily see and smell the spice combination of cloves, cinnamon, pepper, and nutmeg. My only issue is that the spices lose their individuality in the liquor and the tea tastes "one note" when it is not blended with another tea. Overall, a fant...

Style: Earl Grey Cream – Region: Blend90 / 100 Aroma: 9/10 Flavor: 4/5 Value: 5/5

One of the first teas that I've ever had. Its aroma is of a light earl grey with a hint of citrus (not as much as a lady grey) and sweetness. I don't taste the citrus in the brew, but the creaminess comes through and creates a smooth, refreshing liquor that does not need milk or sugar to enjoy. Definitely a favorite an...
