Pomegranate from Farmer Brothers
Style: Fruit (Herbal) Tea – Region: Blend68 / 100 Aroma: 6/10 Flavor: 4/5 Value: 4/5
Jun. 18th, 2024
As with most Farmer Brothers teas, I got this at a motel. Some motels have nice management who offers tea, and a most-welcomed minority of them offer more than only straight Lipton, or than the cheapest possible store brand like Great Value. When they do, and it's reasonably good, I try to commend the staff directly ...

Style: Fruit (Herbal) Tea – Region: Blend55 / 100 Aroma: 9/10 Flavor: 3/5 Value: 1/5
Oct. 11th, 2023
This blend appears to be identical to Rishi's "Blueberry Rooibos" loose blend, based on its list of ingredients (organic: rooibos, hibiscus, elderberry, blueberry, schisandra berry). However, each serving is too small, packaged in about 1/4 of a typically sized pyramid sachet, then in turn, in a 2.5x3.5-inch plastic w...

With this, I will have reviewed a tea named Mango Maui (Hawaiian Islands Tea Company) and Maui Mango (Tiesta). They're radically different, however. The former is a very good, flavored black tea, while this one is mostly dried fruit by volume (pineapple, orange slices, mango, and strawberry) with flowers sprinkled in...

Style: Fruit (Herbal) Tea – Region: Blend66 / 100 Aroma: 8/10 Flavor: 3/5 Value: 4/5
Aug. 5th, 2022
This is Twinings' take on the standard rosehip/hibiscus blend with added flavors. It's fruity, leaning heavily toward strawberry. The hibiscus lends a bit of tartness, but as far as I can tell, the other ingredients are just carriers for the host of added "natural flavors."
The main difference in this one is the pre...

This tea has been renamed Vitamin C Shine, but it is still the same product.
I'm not big on orange-flavored teas, but this one is pretty good. Its citrus flavor is more mixed and complex. I like it on its own or with honey, and it tastes good on a sore throat or the like.

Aroma: I can’t tell if this is the purple color of the liquid or if I’m really getting this much blueberry and blue raspberry. Either way, it’s fruity. 8/10
Flavor: This tastes like blue raspberry as well. I’m not sure if I’m as big of a fan of that for a dominant flavor b...

This is probably my favorite Celestial Seasonings tea to make as an iced tea. We had a bout of hot weather for a few days and I whipped up some iced tea with this Watermelon Lime Zinger and it was so refreshing and delicious. Celestial Seasonings has made a mint off selling assorted fruit flavors added to the same basic "Zinger" foundation (hibiscus, rose hips, hawthorn, blackberry leaves, orange peel). This tea has been around a couple of generations, probably preceding the Zingers, and doesn't bear that name, so maybe they're inspired by...

Citrus Sunrise easily can be called Orange Tangerine Zinger, if it weren't for a similarly named blend they already have. That's because it starts out with the same common-denominator ingredients as the CS Zinger line (rose hips, orange peel, hibiscus, hawthorn, blackberry leaves), and just boosts the orange part with...

A fine fruit tisane - organic and kosher, with a strong taste of raspberry that does not taste entirely natural (some natural flavoring is added.)
