One-litre pot at home, made from a mixture of green tea leaves and lemon peel, sprinkled with flavour. Pours clear straw (against white china) with no sediment. Clear aroma of lemon, with notes of green tea leaves. Mildly bitter flavour of green tea, with clear notes of lemon and lime. Moderately astringent palate with...

Back to traveling with motel stays again this year, and back to finding their teas I haven't rated yet! As always, I'll bring an extra bag home to try in my well water for consistency in rating, so that bad local water doesn't affect a tea's rating unduly.
The concept behind "Green Tea with Lemon" left me with a s...

Half-litre pot at home, made from a mixture of green tea (Sencha?) leaves, small pieces of lemon and lemon peel as well as daisy blossom, all sprinkled with a refreshing aroma. Pours clear pale straw (against white china) with no sediment. Intense aroma of lemon and lime, with clear notes of green tea. Leafy flavour of...

Meh. Not impressed. You are better off brewing your favorite green tea and squeezing fresh lemon into it. I do not care for lemon in my green tea - unless it is iced. That said, Bigelow is inexpensive (and in my office - provided for free - in bags and K-cups) and accessible. An average, inoffensive green tea.

Overall a pleasant flavor tea, bright for an afternoon pick-me-up. However I will echo the "lemonade" flavor previously mentioned and this is probably from the "natural flavor" in this tea. My opinion is that quality tea, blends, and herbs speak for themselves without need of such flavor enhancers.

I saw this at WalMart for around a dollar. Lol cheaper isn't always better, wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
I tried this tea a few different ways and each time left a funky taste in my mouth. The lemon is overwhelming and the tea taste old and stale.

Quite meh. This tea goes bitter too easily and the lemon isn't nearly bright enough for me. Makes multiple cups easily, so that's good if you like it. Unfortunately, though it isn't the worst, it's far from the best tea, imho.

The third tea I had the pleasure of trying with the otherworldly breakfast served in the Hotel Alt-Görlitz in Görlitz, Germany. Very good, and an artful blend that was perfectly balanced.

This tea is a bit meh to me. It's not bad, exactly, but it's very ordinary and not really what it should be. I like teas with lemon to have a brighter, bolder flavor. In this tea the lemon is very muted. If you want a dominant green tea flavor with just a hint of lemon, you'll probably be more impressed with this than ...

There are many, many bagged green teas that are far better than this one - but for Lipton - this is not bad. A bit lemon-pledgey in it's scent - tastes ok. Not bad and not great. Just OK.

I think my main issue is the lack of balance between the lemon and the tea. People often put lemon in to hide bad tea and maybe that's the case here. But I feel like I'm drinking lemonade more than tea.

I found this tea underwhelming. It's not bad, but usually when someone puts a flavor on a bad, you expect a flavor in the tea. This pretty much tastes like the dilmah green ceylon with a hint of lemongrass, maybe, if you can find it.

Strong in sent, mild in taste. While there are lemon peels in the tea, the dominant flavor comes from the lemon grass. Good sencha is used, not grassy or astringent.

Tangy, lemony, almost peppery...more like lemon peel than other forms of lemon. Some tea presence but the tea is overpowered by the lemon.
