Napoléon Tea conquered me, quickly. Of all the samplers I sniffed in TWG's Bangkok store, this was one of the strongest, and certainly the most attractive to me in terms of choosing a priority for which ones to buy. The dry and in-cup aromas weren't quite as intense as the sampler, but still quite mouth-watering.

This has a strong, pipe tobacco-like aroma. The flavor is mild black tea - not the "strong black tea" the label mentions - plus a dash of maple. It makes a pleasant cup, with milk and sugar.

I am pretty disappointed in this one, as I have had other flavored teas from Shanti that were very impressive. This is very bland, and lacks both spice and tea flavor. I made a few cups, and tried longer steeps, but to no avail. The list of ingredients is promising, but the tea itself is a dud.

I’m not a huge Earl Grey person, but I think this one is done well! The flavor is strong and pleasant. I brewed it as directed (200°F, steeped for four minutes). I enjoyed this slightly floral (jasmine) and very white, simple tea. Very good on it's own - I prefer it hot. Not enough body for an iced tea. I did add a bit of maple syrup to it, but it is fine unsweetened, too. I like it.

This is a very unusual tea - I am a little unsure how I feel about it, so I may amend this review later. This makes a very sweet, floral chai, which is not surprising, since it contains 3 kinds of flowers, in addition to cinnamon and other spices. The flavor is a little extravagant, but nice.
