I don't think I like lavender tea very much in general. I've never tried normal lavender tea. I don't like this tea very much, but it's okay. It tastes kind of like herbal tea. I added cream and sugar.

The aroma is very lemony, but the flavor is good. I expected the tea to be overpowered by citrus flavor, but it wasn't. I added cream and sugar.

Organic Earl Grey (Formerly Double Earl Grey) from Paisley Label Tea (Paisley Tea Co)

Style: Earl Grey Tea – Region: Blend

43 / 100 Aroma: 5/10 Flavor: 2/5 Value: 2/5
Aug. 19th, 2012

This doesn't taste like double Earl Grey, in fact I can barely taste the bergamot at all. But even as a plain black tea, I don't like it much because it's a bit too bitter, and it has a very bitter aftertaste. It strengthens very quickly. I usually like tea strong, and I found that 2 minutes was a good brewing time. I ...

I really liked this tea when I first tried it, but I got tired of it after a while. I didn't really know what I thought of cardamom before trying it, but now I think I like cardamom. I usually like chai tea, so it's not surprising. The flavor blends nicely with the tea. I brewed it too weak the first time - it takes ab...

Caramel Latte from Shanti Tea

Style: Flavored Black Tea – Region: Blend

Aug. 17th, 2012

This tea smells like heaven on a bun, minus the bun (as my friend would say). It has a rich, smoky, roasty, sweet caramel-flavored aroma, which I, as a coffee and sweets lover, am drawn to. So I was a bit disappointed by the taste, but it was still very good. I love caramel-flavored teas, but I can't taste the caramel ...

Lavender Earl Grey from Epi Tea

67 / 100 Aroma: 7/10 Flavor: 4/5 Value: 2/5
Aug. 16th, 2012

Brews a very dark cup, quite strong but without being overwhelming.

Aroma is very complex: the inclusion of lavender with a robust, malty base tea produces an illusion of spice, suggestive of mace, allspice, or cinnamon, and a rich, bready quality. There's a lacey sort of floral and fruity quality, almost suggesti...

This one wins on authenticity, and on organic and fair trade status, but I was disappointed by a high amount of astringency.

Very British-style...strong, but not as bergamot-ey as I expected. Pervasive but subdued bergamot quality.

This tea is very strong, overall. I also found it can easily be too strong...it ...

This is the first time I try Earl Grey tea. I liked the aroma and I enjoyed the taste after I added some sugar in the tea. I failed to smell or taste any bergamot inside though. general a good tea. but from the health perspective, since black tea is not the best choice in hot summer, I won't try it again till winter. l...

This is a classic black tea flavored with cardamom for a very intense cardamom aroma. I wouldn't exactly call this "lightly flavored" with cardamom, but as cardamom is my favorite spice for blending with tea, I like the results.

The dry leaf looks like an orthodox tea of good quality, large broken pieces, and a lit...

It's too bad that this tea might be discontinued! While I wasn't that impressed with the aroma I really enjoyed the full rich flavor of the bergamot, richer than most Earl Grey I've tried in the past! I would definitely recommend this tea to anyone who is looking for a bagged Earl Grey.

67 / 100 Aroma: 8/10 Flavor: 3/5 Value: 3/5
Jul. 13th, 2012

One of my favorite things about Earl Grey is its aroma and the dried leaf of this tea delivered with a strong smell of bergamot. Unfortunately, the scent was deceiving, as the smell was lost after steeping and the flavor was too mild for my taste. While I liked the aroma of this tea, I'd rather stick with Celestial S...

I don't usually like fruity teas, but this was an exception, especially because of it's subtle flavor. I'd advise anyone who wants a strong fruity tea to steer clear, but for those like me who usually find them too strong, I'd fully recommend it.

I feel like this tea is both unique and versatile, which is ultimately why I put people should buy it. The tea is more scented like caramel and goes well with milk and sugar (despite the suggestions of the company), but is good naked as well. I think the ultimate strength is its ability to mix well with other fruit f...

First off, this tea smells phenomenal. Dilmah does a great job making a fruit tea that can also double as an air freshener. As for the taste, it makes a great iced tea. The mango is strong, the tea is strong, and they're fairly well balanced. Overall, if you like mango, then you'll like this.

I like strong flavours. Twinings delivers a strong flavoued Earl Grey tea where the bergarmot is easily noticeable and great on the pallet. The % of bergarmot is even listed on the pack. This is the only brand that I have seen that does this. However the tea can come from different countries and you never know from whi...

Jun. 6th, 2012

I always love the smell of bergamot in Earl Grey and the dried leaf of this tea does not fail to deliver, although most of the aroma was lost after brewing. The additional malva flowers gave no new taste to me. Overall I thought this was a good, strong, Earl Grey, but nothing too exotic like the description suggests!...

This tea doesn't have a very prominent tea flavor or aroma. It has way too much bergamot flavor for my taste. It's not quite undrinkable. Bergamot enthusiasts may love this tea. I added cream and sugar.

Outstanding! I tend not to like Vanilla teas at all; my experience with vanilla-flavored teas is that the majority of them range from somewhere between bland and vacuous, to artificial and unnatural-tasting. But I like this one, fitting into the overall trend of Rishi producing teas that I tend to like, in styles tha...

This is my favorite tea. I drink a minimum of two cups a day, and my tea "cup" is a huge 2-cup mug. I sometimes add a drop or two of spearmint extract to give it more kick. No lemon, no milk/cream, just sweetener. I like to make mint-flavored iced tea with it also.
