This tea smells like a sweet blueberry muffin! Unfortunately, the blueberry theme seems to end at the aroma; there is not much blueberry flavor at all. All in all, the flavor is disappointingly ambiguous - rich and fruity, but not really blueberry. I half expected it to be blue once steeped, but it's actually a dark re...

Great for a spicy evening cup of tea when you don't want any caffeine. Just don't let it brew too long, unless you like a REALLY strong spice flavor.

I consider this tea a perfect beverage when lightly sweetened and iced. The sweetening (preferably with honey) will cancel out the sourness that Alex speaks of. A bottomless glass is served iced and sweetened (with a Vegan honey substitute) at the restaurant Follow Your Heart in the San Fernando Valley, California. ...

An artificial-seeming green apple aroma dominates this tea...there's only a hint of everything else. I had trouble enjoying this one; it was totally unbalanced and seemed unnatural.

Less fruity and a little more grass or straw in the aroma when compared to other chamomile teas. A tiny bit of sourness in the aftertaste, but otherwise clean and fresh tasting. Definitely one of the better chamomile teas I've tried. Full-bodied and rich.
A bit on the expensive side, but not too unreasonable give...

I normally am not a fan of sour teas but I like this one...it's tart but not too much so. It's also pleasantly bitter and very aromatic. I agree with Anne's comments that this cuts through sweet and heavier foods. Oddly refreshing!

This is a very strange tea, strong and sour. I almost dislike it, except that I think it cuts through something sweet and rich -chocolate- with flair. I occasionally like the contrast after dinner.

This tea is much too sour for me; although I enjoy the aroma, I find it gets unpleasantly sour by the end of the cup. This tea becomes much more drinkable, in my opinion, if you use it as a 1-to-2 ingredient with other less sour teas to make a pitcher of iced tea.

Another typical chamomile tea; nothing to get excited about. I think this tea is a little more floral but less fruity than some. There's a little bit of the unpleasant muted sourness that plagues some chamomile teas. Enjoyable, but I've had better. Among celestial seanonings teas I much prefer the blends.

A typical and decent chamomile tea. Nothing really stands out...there's a little bit of the muted unpleasant aftertaste, and a hint of fruitiness in the aroma, a little bit of a straw-like flavor. Soothing. Not the best chamomile I've tried but certainly not the worst. Reasonably priced.

I absolutely loved this herbal tea. The aroma combined light and sweet marzipan-like tones with more robust earthy and nutty qualities. The cup was naturally sweet and very smooth. The ingredients were balanced just how I like; I can't suggest anything I would change about this blend.

This tea is on the margins of Celestial Seasoning teas that I enjoy...it has too much cinnamon for my taste; I think the clove blends much better with the orange than the cinnamon does. It's also a tad too sour for my tastes...although again it's just a bit out of my comfort zone. This is one of those teas that I wil...

This is one of my favorite Celestial Seasonings teas; the spearmint and chamomile go so well together, and dominate the aroma, although the other ingredients have a presence too. I find this tea to be among the most soothing of the commercial teas that are marketed as "bedtime" herbal blends.
Nowadays though, I str...

I drink this tea a lot when I get sick because it makes me feel better. The flavor is a bit of an acquired taste but I have grown quite fond of it. This tea makes a nice teabag substitute for the loose lemon-ginger tea I used to buy from the co-op grocery store. It's good by itself, but I also recommend trying it with hot orange juice added.

This has always been my favorite of Bigelow's herbal teas. I don't find it particularly sleep-inducing; it's soothing but has some bite to it and tends to make me feel perky even though it doesn't contain caffeine.
The aroma is surprisingly nuanced; the peppermint and chamomile are the dominant tones, but the other...

I find it hard to describe the aroma of Roobos. This one is typical among Rooibos that I've tried...earthy, woody, a hint of olives and spice in the aroma. The flavor is smooth with some sourness. Rich and pleasant.

I find this tea very hard to describe in words.
The aroma of this tea is very similar to that of regular (fermented) honeybush, although perhaps a bit lighter: it is warm and rich, similar to Rooibos but less grassy. The flavor has some crispness but not much bitterness. There's little sourness in the initial flav...
