This tea wasn't terribly outstanding, but I did think it was really good. I'm still impressed with how reasonably priced Ahmad teas are, considering their quality!
The flavor was strong and bitter, the dried leaf smelled lightly of bergamot. It only became bitter as it sat.
I'd be interested in trying this out ...

I've liked all the loose Ahmad teas that I've tried and I was surprised to find that I didn't care for one of their bagged versions!
The Bergamot smell is one of my favorite things about Earl Grey and this tea lacked it. The taste of the tea was a little too bitter and strong for me as well. I'll stick with Bige...

I was really impressed by the strength of this tea, especially since I was craving a coffee and given this as a substitute (no coffee on hand today!). Yet another high-quality loose-leaf tea from Ahmad, for a very reasonable price. I was surprised that Ahmad sells this alongside their Kalami Assam, which is a whole-leaf tea in a similar price range. I'm not usually a big fan of darjeeling teas. It tastes kind of bitter and vegetal, and I don't like those qualities. It's not as strong and rich as the kinds of black teas that I like more. It tastes kind of dry. I added cream and sugar.

I like this tea. It has a good amount of flavor and it blends well with the tea. The aroma is really nice. It tastes a little bit weak, though. I had to steep it for 6 1/2 minutes to get it strong enough. I added cream and sugar.

As usual, I am impressed with how reasonably priced Ahmad Teas can be! This tea was a great buy, with a subtle flavor of cardamom and smooth texture. I didn't find the cardamom taste overpowering at all, although the dried leaf did smell heavily of it!

I love this tea. It has a rich, full, smooth flavor, but at the same time clean and not too heavy. I steep it for 6-8 minutes and drink it with milk and sugar.

I tried a sample of this tea and liked the taste, which was stronger than most basic blacks I've had. I really appreciate the reasonable prices of Ahmad Teas, and plan to be buying and sampling more from them soon.

I really liked this tea - for its price it is really a steal! I was suprised to find out that this tea is less expensive than Lipton, it definitely gives you more - I would definitely choose this as a staple basic tea to have around the house.

This is a classic black tea flavored with cardamom for a very intense cardamom aroma. I wouldn't exactly call this "lightly flavored" with cardamom, but as cardamom is my favorite spice for blending with tea, I like the results.
