This tea has a sweet aroma. I thought it was kind of mild and watery at first (after brewing it for 8 minutes) but as I get further down in the cup, it seems to taste fuller. This tea is pretty good, actually. I'm surprised because I don't usually like darjeeling or Twinings that much. I often find Twinings teas to be too bitter, and darjeeling teas to be too sickly sweet/vegetal tasting, but in this tea, the qualities seem to balance each other out, and it tastes like a normal, pretty good...

I'm not usually a big fan of darjeeling teas. It tastes kind of bitter and vegetal, and I don't like those qualities. It's not as strong and rich as the kinds of black teas that I like more. It tastes kind of dry. I added cream and sugar.

This tea is interesting. The first thing I notice is that it smells like beets - not a flavor that I like to associate with tea, at least not in this context. The flavor is good, though. At first it seemed weird, but after a few sips it started to taste really good. I added cream and sugar.
