Earl Grey from Bigelow Tea
Style: Earl Grey Tea – Region: Blend57 / 100 Aroma: 6/10 Flavor: 2/5 Value: 3/5

As Earl Greys go, this is about average. Decent, but somewhat flat. Bigelow seems to pride themselves on black-tea quality, and their other flavored teas seem to back up such sentiment.
This, however, is a tea that smells far stronger and better in its packaging than it brews out. The bergamot seems muted, unde...

I received this as a gift and it is my first experience with Marriage Freres. The aroma and flavor are unique, but very enjoyable.

Earl Grey Black Tea from Teavana
Style: Earl Grey Tea – Region: China63 / 100 Aroma: 6/10 Flavor: 4/5 Value: 2/5

This tea had a pleasant aroma, slightly fruity and slightly perfumey, with a good balance of the beas tea and flavoring. Piquant: bold and edgy, both in flavor and aroma, but pleasantly so. Quite bitter, and with a light astringency in the finish. Potent.
A typical Earl Grey of good (but not amazing) quality. Noth...

This is a Black tea from the young DavidsTea company (just so you know, I buy a lot of my teas there). Inside, if you didn’t guess already: coconut and chocolate chips. And when you brew it, it becomes a delicious beverage! Really one of my best discovery tea speaking! Even my boyfriend (who is not a tea drinker) fel...

Not bad for bagged Earl Grey. I added half and half, which mixed well. The flavor was solid without being bitter. Others commented that it IS better, so maybe the half and half I added helped with that?

This is a tea I drink daily, the citrus tones are lovely when starting to drink this tea for the first time, but over time excessive or daily drinking, diminishes the appeal of the tea and appears as another ordinary bergamot tea. I thus urge drinkers to perhaps enjoy this tea from time to time to truly appreciate the ...

Before I get into this review I should mention that I am not a huge fan of Earl Grey to begin with, so my review is tainted in that direction. This may be an excellent earl grey, but I am still not a fan.
The most appealing part of this tea is the wonderful aroma. The strong smell of bergamot is not overpowering, b...

This tea came in an assortment pack purchased at a local Marshall's. It has a smaller amount of bergamot than the earl grey and I found it a quite appealing and relaxing cup of tea. It is not overly strong, but strong enough to wake you up in the morning. Definitely a step up from common teas at the supermarket.

I prefer this over Twinings Earl Grey, but there was something about the bergamot flavor that I didn't like as much as other brands, such as Williamson or Dilmah.. Not too strong of a tea, even when steeped for 4 minutes. It is still a good tea for the price, however, and you can find it at the local TJ Maxx, Marshall'...

I've had this both hot and cold. It's excellent however you prefer it. There is no doubt of the pronounced cinnamon, but it's isn't overdone. The distinct cinnamon and orange tones are pleasantly balanced and sustained regardless how long you take to drink it.

This tea is nothing special if you compare it to other bagged Earl Greys.
I think that the smell and flavor of bergamot is not strong enough. It is a little too bitter for me. You can add milk to it but then you will lose bergamot completely.
Anyway, it is just average bagged tea.

This is one of my very favorite teas. This tea is incredible and probably my most ordered from Shang tea in general. The tea has a decent aroma, but where it truly shines is its flavor. Cold, hot, splash of milk and cinnamon, you can't go wrong with this tea. I almost forgot to mention, steep this tea at LEAST 3 times ...

I love Earl Grey tea, this included. Not overpowering, great aroma, and sweet without been sickly. Add some milk and sugar to enjoy the sweetness even more.

The tea is a slighter version of Earl Grey. You get less citrus this time around (I think it's the lemon). It's still a good cup to have when you want something delicate and gentle. I use a little bit of milk and sugar. Of course, you can use it to your liking.

The salon that I visit to service my hair twice a year brought this to me once, and I was pleasantly surprised at how good it tastes. Earl Grey is one of my favorite types of tea... I've been drinking it since I was fairly young. I haven't had a lot of experience tasting Earl Grey teas, but I can safely say that this...

For a flavored tea this is pretty good. Usually I prefer unflavored stuff so that I can enjoy the true flavor of the tea. That being said, the aroma and mellow flavor of this tea are quite good. I enjoy the blend of peaches and spicy ginger. Just enough of each for the flavor without being overwhelming.

I've only had this as iced tea with sugar, not hot.
It took me a while to figure out how to prepare this to my taste. It was far too bitter when steeped cold overnight, and also when steeped in boiling water for 5 minutes (and then cooled). I found that steeping it in boiling water for around 4 minutes is best. To t...

Though I can taste the chocolate, it's cardamom that comes through as the strongest flavor. I like cardamom, but it may be too much for some people. Weird, since i don't see that spice listed. Still, the aroma is spicy and pleasant.

I adore this tea. I've been drinking brands found in America and sampling specialty teas for years. I tried this at a conference two years ago and was floored. I'd never tasted tea with such bold, fruity flavor. I can't go back to other teas. I've found perfection.

I loathe Earl Grey - but that cool little sachet makes it all worthwhile. (Not?). Smells of Bergamot (Duh! It's Earl Grey) and steeps up strong and you can easily get 2 infusions per sachet. Pricey but if you have an earl grey lover in the family Tea Forte products make a nice, classy gift. There are many other TF...
