Green Tea from Ten Ren Tea
Style: Green Tea – Region: ?????80 / 100 Aroma: 6/10 Flavor: 4/5 Value: 5/5
Dec. 5th, 2009
Very balanced and mild tea, with a clean, crisp aftertaste. Consistently delicious, but it may leave you craving a more robust tea (such as Ten Ren's Dragon Well). One of my standard go-to teas.

Earl Grey from Twinings

Fair nose dominated by the bergamot. Made from the bag, the steeped tea has no truly distinctive flavors. My guess is that by the time it made it through the distribution chain, all the life had oxidized out of this tea.

I love, love, love Lady Grey. It's not as strong as Earl Grey, but has a more fruity (citrus) flavor. Great with some honey and milk!

By far, my favourite tea. The blend is so sweet and minty, there's never a need to add sugar or honey to it to sweeten it up. The aftertaste is probably the best part.

This is one of the most wonderful teas I have ever tasted. It's complex, sweet, and has a hint of apricot to it. I get it with every purchase from Adagio.

Jasmine Pearl from Rishi Tea
Style: Jasmine Pearls – Region: Fujian, China97 / 100 Aroma: 10/10 Flavor: 5/5 Value: 4/5

This is my favorite tea. I haven't found a green jasmine that I like better. However the $13.00 price tag is too expensive for me at the moment...so I must resist temptation. The aroma is more present than others I've tried and I know it's quality as I can drink it first thing in the morning without it making my sto...

Earl Grey from Twinings

Twinings is a good tea but I've found what I consider comparable quality teas to be less expensive. For example, the "Publix Premium" brand Earl Grey, produced by a grocery chain here in the U.S., costs 30-40% less while being of about comparable quality to Twinings, in my opinion.
As others have said, Twinings is l...

Earl Grey Green Tea from Tetley Tea
Style: Earl Grey Green Tea – Region: Blend87 / 100 Aroma: 8/10 Flavor: 4/5 Value: 5/5
Dec. 5th, 2009
One of my favorite morning teas.
A nice green tea feel to it with that delightful Earl Grey smell and taste lightly infused.
A great alternative to a black Earl Grey which usually requires milk and sugar.

Tazo Chai Full Leaf from Tazo Tea
Style: Chai / Spiced Tea – Region: ?????67 / 100 Aroma: 6/10 Flavor: 4/5 Value: 3/5
Dec. 5th, 2009
I've only had a few different types of chai from tea bags, and this one is definetly one of my favorites. The aroma is definetly stronger than the average chai bag. This is doubly backed up by the flavor, which leans more towards the spicy, as opposed to the sweetness of some other teas. On the box it's said that there...

it smells like heaven and tastes exactly like it sounds. Overall nutty appeal and aroma with some vanilla undertones and a sweet background. Probably my favorite type of flavored tea outside the realm of Chai's.

The initial whiff of the India Chai is intoxicating, the taste though tended to be bitter and almost scratchy. It hurt my throat actually. Chai is my favorite variety of tea and I've had strong blends before but something in this tasted off and bothered my throat. It wasn't a nice strength it was too much!

This is a solid breakfast, wake-up tea! Citrus and cinnamon notes of the aroma grab your attention right away. The flavor matches the aroma - top notch.
It's hard to objectively rate this tea because it invokes warm, loving, comfortable memories for me. I can only guess whether it will do the same for you.

This is a pretty nice tasting, easy-to-drink tea with a slight citrus flavor. I drink 2-3 cups a day, with a teaspoon of honey, and have been doing so for a decade or so. I'm still not tired of it.

While not the most gourmet of teas, this tea is very easy to find at most grocery stores and Starbucks in metropolitan US areas.
Overall it has a good flavor, moderate in intensity, and rarely comes out bitter.
I like to brew this is very warm, but not hot water, for about 2.5-3 minutes.

This is one of my favorites for dinner. I brew it lightly, if it's brewed too strongly you don't get all the flavors. Probably one of the best, mass produced american teas. Hard to find in most stores, comes in both teabag variety and loose leaf. I prefer the loose leaf.

Earl Grey from Twinings
Style: Earl Grey Tea – Region: ?????73 / 100 Aroma: 7/10 Flavor: 4/5 Value: 4/5
Dec. 4th, 2009
It's pretty good tea overall. This is one of the only brands of loose leaf tea available in my area, so I drink this stuff up often. It is, however, kind of dry in comparison to some other brands of Earl Grey I've tried. The Bergamot oil is pretty light in this brand.
Overall, it's worth keeping some around.

The aroma is quite strong but pleasing. The flavor is smooth but slightly sour. Not an everyday tea but good for when you feel like a little spice, especially in the Fall.
